HDPE Pipe Jointing :

This type of jointing is done where it is difficult to weld pipes at site. Flange joints are usually done for higher diameter pipes. In this type of jointing flanges are inserted over the two ends of the pipes and pipe end collars are welded at the ends of the pipe. Welding is done by butt fusion method. Welding of the pipe end collar, to the ends of pipe, can be done at the place where there is no difficulty ion carrying out the welding process. Pipes can be jointed by bolting the flanges in the normal manner.
